3A molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminosilicate, also called KA molecular sieve or 3A zeolite molecular sieve, mainly used to adsorb water. SNOWPEAK 3A molecular sieve has faster adsorption speed, more regeneration times, higher crushing strength and anti-pollution ability, which can improve utilization efficiency and prolong service life. It’s really the preferred desiccant necessary for deep drying, refining and polymerization of gas and liquid in petroleum and chemical industry.

SNOWPEAK® 3A Molecular Sieve Activated Powder
Activated powder desiccant or activated zeolite powder, is obtained by calcining molecular sieve raw powder at high temperature. Beause the raw powder loses most of the moisture during the calcination process, the activated zeolite powder has strong activity and can be directly used in production as an adsorbent with selective adsorption.

SNOWPEAK® 3A Molecular Sieve Raw Powder
Molecular sieve powder or zeolite powder, is the main raw material for the production of molecular sieve. It adopts the hydrothermal synthesis method to react with sodium aluminate, sodium silicate, sodium hydroxide and water at a certain temperature. The molecular sieve raw powder has the characteristic skeleton of molecular sieve.
SNOWPEAK 3A molecular sieve powder or 3A zeolite powder, is of good shape-selective adsorption, catalysis and ion exchange properties. It can be processed into balls, strips or irregular shapes by mixing with binder and other additives, to form molecular sieves or directly to make activated powders after high temperature calcination.
