Air Separation

In order to avoid pipeline jam and keep equipment normally operating when using the deep cooling method, the CO2, H2O, sulfureted hydrogen and ethane should be desorpted from air first.

The molecular sieve is used in oxygen making area through PSA-O2, and it is now widely used all over the world.

There are two types of molecular sieves available to use in this method:

PSO2-HP used in the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) method;

PSO2-VSP used in the vacuum swing adsorption (VSA) method.
